Lollipop sticks [4 in/10 cm]
Wilton’s White/Vanilla Candy Melts [12 oz/340 g]
Or plain white chocolate will do
Marshmallows [400 g original large size]
Red sugar sprinkles
Clear Lollipop Bags
With a sharp knife poke the center of the marshmallow then insert the lollipop stick.
Place on a tray and put in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
While the marshmallows are in the freezer, melt the candy melts in a microwave safe bowl for one minute, stir, then another minute in the microwave until melted.
Stir until the candy melts are smooth.
Remove marshmallows from the freezer, dip each in the melted candy tapping the excess off and immediately sprinkle with colored sugar.
Put them on a tray in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
Once the candy has hardened place the marshmallow in a clear cellophane lollipop bag and tie it up with a decorative piece of ribbon.
