Insert the cake pop or lollipop stick into the center of the Oreo cookie [thru the cream center, between the two cookies], lay flat on a cookie tray and put in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes. In the meanwhile, melt the candy melts in a microwave safe bowl for one minute, stir, and then microwave another 30 seconds until melted. Stir until the candy melts are smooth. Remove the Oreo cookies from the freezer; dip each in the melted candy tapping the excess off. Place them, laying down on the cookie tray and immediately sprinkle with the green sugar sprinkles – put in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes. Once the candy has hardened place the cookie in a clear cellophane lollipop bag and tie it up with a seasonal decorative piece of ribbon.
