Recently a dear friend from Spokane showed me her “Travel Bracelet” and I knew I had to have one.  My friend customized and ordered her bracelet online from As You Wish Design, whereby she emailed (asyouwishdesign@ymail.com) a list of the countries she had traveled, to the owners Kendra Grabowksi or Kristin Williams.  The bracelet also allows her to add new country charms when necessary.

I scrolled through the website and decided on the classic sterling silver charm bracelet design, which is sleek and simple — not too flashy;  neutral enough to more or less match anything.  I know I’ll wear my travel bracelet everywhere as it’ll be a constant reminder of all the magnificent and diverse cultures on this amazing planet of ours.
