Graduation Money Album

When my twins started kindergarten in 2006 I started putting aside $10.00 every month for each of them with the intention of doing this until they graduated in 2019. I did the math and knew that it wouldn’t amount to a great deal of money for either of them [$1,560.00], but it wasn’t an amount that I would noticeably miss from the household allowance and like everything I do for them I hoped they would receive it as gift from my heart to theirs and when the time came it would be put towards something special that they needed or wished for. In 2010 [grade 4] I decided that I had to do something creative with the money as I had just stashed it in an envelope in my desk so I decided to use a small 8 ½” x 9 ½” photo album as the cello covered pockets for photo’s were almost the exact size of the bill. I labeled each bill for a month and year and made a note of the beginning of each new grade.
