A Bridal Shower is a gift-giving party designed to honour the bride-to-be and to celebrate her upcoming new role as a wife. A bridal shower typically takes place two months before the wedding and is hosted by the bridesmaids, an aunt, or a close friend of the family.

The invitations should include the companies with which the bride and groom are registered and clarify whether or not the shower is meant to be a surprise for the bride. The shower that I feature here was for our daughter and it was held in a private room at our country club. I designed custom invitations for this special event and have showcased them on the next post.
